Well this was a dreadful hike, It was much like yesterday in and out of stony dry washes, up and down little hills on trails that were loose and gravelly. For a day that was mostly downhill it hardly seemed that way.

What a relief to hike into Pategonia, pick up my maildrops, get a room, and hose myself off. At least a couple of the hikers I've been following are here too. There were four that started ahead of me on Friday and the 2 kiwis are staying here an extra night. I haven't run into them yet but I expect to sometime today.

Unfortunately my netbook computer seems to have been damaged in my bounce box. I haed insurance so in the morning I'll see what that actually means. I have a suspicion that since the damage isn't super obvious that I'm out of luck.
