There are only around four or five US state highpoints that are climbs, but I've started keeping track of the high points that I have visited. I'm not a highpointer but I have gone out of my way to visit some of the non-mountain highpoints. I like visiting the out of the way places that a highpoint like Mt Sunflower or Panarama Point are found in so I make a side trip when I am in the vicinity.
The Summitpost State Highpoints page is an excellent resource for the 52 highpoints (states plus Puerto Rico and Washington DC).
