Last night I had to scramble to get the tent up This time there weren't any problems though I did have to do it during a downpour of grauple. In fact there was still some lingering ice on the tent in the morning.

The day's hike included Lowell Observatory's Griffith Telescope and Sandy Canyon. There wasn't much to see at the telescope site. The pictures weren't great I would have walked up to see if there were tours but I needed to get into Flagstaff. Sand Canyon had some beautiful cliffs.
